I donât really get an idea of where theyâre at from our surface level interactions, but if I had access to their check ins it would be an incredible way for me to actually check in, understand where theyâre at, and connect with them.</div>

Career coaches find the ability to be notified when support is needed and to understand each participant's unique needs enabling them to provide a better service overall and ensure that the Skill Hire TtW participants found meaningful employment.</div>

<div class="text">When I started with Transition to Work as a Career Coach I was given a short lesson on how to navigate the iyarn platform and quickly saw the benefits. I used this heavily in my appointments everyday and the feedback from participants was great. They found being able to track and see their progress moving along was really beneficial.<br/>
Additionally, multiple participants said that they felt it was a less intrusive way to talk about mental health and be supported without having to seek professional assistance. All in all, I have found this to be an amazing program and utilise it myself.</div>

Itâs a safe and easy way to open up that conversation about it with them and gives participants a place to say if they arenât feeling very confident or safe.â</div>
